An empty nest couple wanted to downsize into this gorgeous home settled on a tree-filled street in the beautiful Southtown/King William area of San Antonio, TX. In order to get a fully fresh start, they opted to begin this luxury renovation with entirely new furnishings for the most part, giving us an opportunity to design a truly modern feel using traditional design elements. This sophisticated remodel was a breeze thanks to the two living room layout of the floor plan; now they have a fully renovated home that’s both perfect for entertaining with a spacious, bright area in one living room and an equally comfortable spot in the second for when it’s just the two of them.

Our team used fresh coats of white and mint blue paint, splashes of bold wall coverings, updated fixtures and brand new furnishings and window coverings to create a beautiful, modern home in San Antonio’s historic heart. Click through the images of our gallery below to see the full transformation.
